What types of clients do you work with?

I work company owners and leaders who recognize that staying still is not an option in today’s business environment. Those who in the quiet hours know that their company could accomplish more, if only……. That’s where I come in. I help you and your team fill in that blank. I help you gain clarity on what your organization could be, what needs to be put in place for it to operate effectively, and what are the ingredients you need to grow to the next level. I typically work with financial service professionals – CFPs, investment professionals, wealth advisors and CPAs, but I also enjoy working also with tech companies and other organizations experiencing rapid growth.

What types of things do you coach on?

Strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, marketing, sales and leadership. personal effectiveness, delegation, time management, emotional intelligence, leadership, stress management, effective networking.  I also teach how to develop your own internal coaching program.

How does the process work?

We have a conversation with the key decision-makers to define what the desired outcome is and whether I can help. If it makes sense to talk again, we discuss options on what an engagement might look like.

How do I know if it will work for our company?

We will have spent a lot of time understanding where you want to take your organization, defining what existing constraints might be, and building a proposal/plan on what the next steps will be to take you there. To ensure things stay on track, the proposal will include monthly updates to report progress is made on pre-determined milestones. Our plan is flexible to adapt to needs as they arise. More often than not, the feedback will be "keep going", "we wish we had traveled this path earlier".

What are the benefits of working with a coach?

Better results, faster and with greater impact than if you are relying on your already stretched internal resources. There are many options at your disposal to take your organization to the next level, but with something as important as the result of your business, why take riskier options? You don’t need a McKinsey or PWC to turn your business on its head. You simply want an outside perspective to help you identify what needs fixed, keep you on task, and help you get there. How are you different?

I’m a certified business and executive coach. This is my full-time job. I’ve built and led successful teams and companies internationally. I have spent my career driving superior business performance through people, process, and planning. I have likely sat in the same spot as most of your senior talent at some point in my 25-year corporate career, but today I work with you to optimize your internal talent to accomplish your business goals.
