How do we know if your services will work for our company/employees?
We spend a lot of time upfront understanding where you want to take your organization, identifying constraints, and building an appropriate plan. To ensure expectations are exceeded, we have monthly check-ins to report progress on pre-determined milestones. We make sure plans are flexible to adapt to changing circumstances should they arise.

How does the process work?
It's very straightforward. We have an discovery conversation with the key decision makers to clarify the desired outcome and determine whether we can be of help. If it's not a fit, we will connect you to someone in our network who may be able to help.
After our initial conversation, if we agree it makes sense, we will schedule a 60-minute Zoom call to go deeper and discuss options based on your specific needs, budget, and timeline.
At the end of that call, you can simply decide if you would like to move forward.
